Cancellation policy

Orders can be cancelled any time before they are handed over to the courier. Once dispatched, an order can't be cancelled but you can still request a return for eligible items — see our Refund policy.

1. Open My orders from your account.
2. Choose the order you'd like to cancel and tap Cancel order.
3. If the order has already been processed, email hello@iphbooks.com with your order number and we'll try to stop the shipment.

Cancelled prepaid orders are refunded to the original payment method within 3 business days of cancellation. Cash-on-delivery orders are simply cancelled — no refund is required since no payment was collected.

You can ask us to cancel a single item from a multi-item order. The refund will cover the cancelled item's price and a proportional share of shipping if applicable.
