Shipping policy

In-stock orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Pre-orders and back-ordered items ship as soon as they arrive at our warehouse — you'll receive an email once the order is on its way.

• Metro cities — typically 2–4 business days from dispatch.
• Tier 2 and 3 cities — typically 4–7 business days.
• Remote pin codes — up to 10 business days.

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and the destination. Free shipping is offered on qualifying orders — the threshold is shown in your cart when applicable.

Once your order ships, we'll send you the tracking link by email. You can also view it from My orders in your account.

If the courier is unable to deliver after multiple attempts, the parcel will be returned to us. We'll reach out to arrange a re-delivery or a refund. Re- delivery may incur additional shipping charges.

In the unlikely event your order arrives damaged, please email us at hello@iphbooks.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the parcel and the affected items. We'll arrange a replacement or refund.
